Brush holder for Ikea Skadis

Mom ask for it, mom gets it :)

Story time

My mom is really creative, and one of the thing she does is make ink prints with ink brushes.
She has a skadis board from Ikea, that has all her brushes hanging between sets of hooks.

This holder however will be able to hold up to 6 of her brushes in a row, and can hang on her Ikea Skadis wall behind her when she is working at her desk.

Model information

I have included a single holder model, to have a smaller print as a test (i do however encourage that you cut out a small section to be able to test fit whatever you need to have in these holders)

Measurements

The 6 holder version measurements are as follows:

Height: 45 mm
Width: 199,5 mm
Depth: 33 mm excl hooks / 43,4 mm inkl hooks.

Each hole has the following measurements:

Height: 40 mm
Width: 29 mm
Depth: 25 mm

The corners are however rounded a bit, so you wont be able to use the entire 29x25 mm hole.

My print / print settings

This was printed in 3DO PLA 2.0 Tough with the following settings:

Layer height: 0.12 (you could go higher, and it would be fine. But this is for my momma.. Nothing but the best for her ;) )
Walls: 3
Top layers: 5
Bottom layers: 5
Ironing: On (prefference, so you decide)
Infill percentage: 10%
Infill pattern: Gyroid
Support: On (for the hooks)
Support type: Tree
Print orientation: Button of the holder towards the buildplate
Seems: Front right, if it prints with the hooks towards the front

All of the above settings is of cause just how i did it, and is many other ways to do it i guess.
