Description
I found myself adjusting the bobbin tension on my embroidery machine, but using the included flathead tool was proving to be frustrating. Space was limited, and I needed the smallest possible screwdriver to comfortably remove the screws.
This tool fits regular ¼" bits and has a total length of just over 26 mm.
The model displayed has a very tight fit and is not designed for frequent swapping of bits (I had to use a hammer to insert the bit!). For those looking to swap bits more easily, I have made a model with slightly looser tolerances. If you find it still too tight, consider printing at a slightly larger scale or adjusting the included Fusion 360 file to better suit your needs.
The tool was printed with 0.15 mm layers using PETG filament, although PLA should also be suitable.
