Quick Change Formlabs TPU90A Tire for WCP Swerve Drive

Formlabs designed and tested a Quick change hub and wheel for several Swerve Drive systems.  This split design is re-done for FDM printing in TPU and sized for the WCP Swerve.

We have tested just using the 4 screws at the split and that seems to work just fine.
Have tested printing on Prusa MK3.9, Prusa XL, and Ender 3.  All work well.

To put the wheel on, screw in 2 of the split seam on the whole side.  Then Lever in the 2 screws on the other side of the gap.  Tight stretchy fit (but good).

Reccomend printing with a 1mm brim on the outside. Note the text side goes up.  There is an intentional bridge all the way across the first layer of the gap.  Found that helps some printers do a good job.  Pulls apart easily once printed.
