Boom! LED Letter Marquee light up Text letters

Boom! Here you have the files needed to print a large scale – 20" wide" – “Boom!” letter marquee. This is intended to be lit with an LED strip, but can also look great unlit.

This is made as an assembly as each letter frame (and insert) are separate prints, that are then assembled. All that is required to assemble the marquee is the following

Non-Printed Parts: 

• LED strip OR RGB LED Strip (RGB controller needed)
• Super Glue and activator ← this can really help speed up assembly
• ON OFF Switch 
• USB cable for power or a dedicated power supply. 

Assembly:

1. Print all the parts. 
   1. Frames: Infil can be 15% .2-.3 layer height
   2. Inserts: Infil 15% .2mm layer height
2. Glue all the frames together.
3. Run the LEDs along the inside edge as close to the bottom as possible, the frames have pass thoughts so the lights can be run through all the frames in one strip.
4. Install the switch and solder up the connections.
5. Pres fit the inserts into the frames, suggest not using glue in case you need to service the inside. 
6. Light er' up!
