Project JAWA-ČZ KÝVAČKA 250/353.02 - PART No.2 - ENGINE CRANCKCASE + ENGINE COVERS

Hello, here you are the 2nd part of my motorcycle.

In this case it is engine crankcase, the engine covers and the head. All parts belongs for a solo bike and the bike with sidecar also.

PRINTING INFORMATION

For print I recommend PLA, grey color, 100% infill. 

• All parts except right engine cover you can print in 0.2 layer. I recommend 0.15 for better luck. 
• The right cover must be printed in 0.1 layer. If not it brings a holes in the main shape! 
• The cylinder head is cut into 2 pieces so the supports are not needed. Other parts needs them
• Because there are a lot of cooling ribs this models are very sensitive to correct print settings. I recommend printing at a lower temperature, otherwise the print will be too stringy.

If the printed settings are correct the bearings will can move ;)

AFTER PRINT

• Clear all models from supports and string hair
• Glue 2pcs of the cylinder head into 1 part.
• Store all parts in the box for now to avoid damage. More engine parts will follow in the some next part of my built.
