Ryobi HCS 1250Circle saw guide rail adapter.
Allowing you to use the Ryobi circle saw (185 blade) of on a Makita (or similar like festool and other brands) guide rails.
It has adjustable trim blocks to be able to perfectly align and exactly fit them to the rail.
The saw can be taken out quickly and easy with the 2 locking knobs.
Some hardware is required:
- 16 small self tapping screws 3x10mm
- 6 mall self tapping screws 3x12mm
- 2 M4 x 20mm bolts (round head) + nuts
for the securing knobs:
- 2 M5 x 15mm bolts (allen or tapered head)
- 2 M5 threaded inserts or some other solution
It's designed to be able to print on small 3D printers (like the Prusa Mini 18x18cm print-bed)
Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions and consider a small donation if you like and use this design.
I made this together with Francois Marsau, he took all the measurement from his saw and test printed the parts.
