Description
The tips of the PCBite probes are very sharp. This allows you to place them on the tiny pins of fine-pitch components. On the flip side, it makes these pins fragile and you can also easily prick yourself when putting the probes into a storage box, or getting them from that box when you need them again.
These sleeves slide over the tips, to protect the tips themselves, and to protect you hands.
I chose PTEG because it is a little more flexible than PLA. I got the best quality by printing the sleeves standing upright. I would recommend a brim. I also got best surface quality (least stringing) by printing the sleeves individually. However, PrusaSlicer gave me an error when setting the “Complete individual objects” option (the item is apparantly slightly too high). But if you only need a few, you can print them one-by-one.
