To use this you'll need to buy opmax bulbs from Comet's website. Get wedge, much easier to disassemble.  Remove the lense and base of the bulb, you'll be left with a disc shaped LED housing, a small round circuit board behind it, and 2 resistors.
Now take one of Comet's matrix extension cables and cut male end off. Solder the wires with the female end onto the resistor leads.  Insert the connector through the large hole in the body and pull it through. The led housing should fit snugly. You may have to widen the hole a little bit. Use a large drill by (by hand) or some other way of shaving off some plastic.

The base attaches to anywhere on your pinball machine that has an exposed nut or screw. The body attaches to the base using a 6mm m3 screw. I used buttonhead. Again you may have to process these holes a bit. The screw should self tap into the base for a solid attachment of the body.

Whether or not to use the version with the hole in it depends on where you will mount it. Print both and try it out. If you need hole on other side. mirror in slicer.

Print all parts in the orientation they load in.
For the version with the wire hole, you'll want supports. See photo. For version without holes, optional.

Browse Comet's matrix section of their website to decide how you want to power it.
