GPS & VTx antenna TPU for AOS UL7

This two piece TPU print holds a Matek M10Q-5883 GNSS (GPS)/Magnetometer (Compass) and a SMA antenna bulkhead for a single VTx antenna for a AOS UL7 FPV drone.

Both pieces are printed without supports using eSUN 1.75mm TPU 95A Flexible 3D Printer Filament. The AOS_UL7-GPS_TPU.3mf file includes the pause command for inserting the plastic nuts.

Plastic bolts and nuts used to minimize interference with the GNSS/Compass unit.

Material used:

• IPEX or U.FL to SMA or RP-SMA Female Bulkhead Mount. Verify the appropriate connectors for your antenna and VTx unit; example IPEX to RP-SMA Female Bulkhead Mount RG178.
• 2 x M3 20mm plastic bolts eg. M3 Nylon Hex Spacer Standoff Kit.

NOTE: Never power-up the VTx unit without the antenna attached to the SMA bulkhead otherwise it's very likely to damage the VTx.
