Hydroponic Tower Base Water Drain Overflow

I ran into several instances where the roots had grown so tight that I had some slight water overflow out the inserts.  This happened at the end of the grow season but there was no where for the water to drain.  This design includes a bowl design with three slots for water to drain back into the tank.  Water drains on the inside of the insert to prevent water damage.
