BTT TFT35 E3 V3 Stand for horizontal mounting

Loved the model of hmsq82 but I was missing a stand to place the display in a more horizontal position when looking down on it.

I also adjusted the screw holes to fit my screws but added a .step file and a model without holes so you can easily modify it in your slicer (with some negative cylinders).
