Remix: EZPass Toll Tag Holder w/Velcro Cutouts

Some minor tweaks to jimerb's original design

1. Added cutouts to accommodate the Velcro on the bottom.
2. Removed the little tabs on the sides because they are very delicate and don't do much.
3. I used these radar detector suction cups; they fit well and worked great. See the pictures for the dimensions.
