Spare cap for bottles Sencor SBL Smooothie mixer, Wilfa Activlife blender, etc.

Since all our Sencor SBB bottles and thermoses (005SS, 006GG, 007VT) for the Sencor SBL Smoothie Blender have a broken cap (probably a bad design) and the replacement bottle is quite expensive, I have designed a replacement.  The cap is also suitable for Wilfa Activlife SPB-1 and similar bottles.

I recommend printing in a temperature resistant material so that the bottles can be washed in the dishwasher. I used Spectrum PETG HT100 and DevilDesign ASA.

Printing for strength with 4 perimeters, 50% infill. I recommend using a brim.

You can use a seal from an old cap. If you've lost it, you can print a replacement from TPE or TPU, or use any seal measuring 25mm x 18.6mm x 2.4mm (outer x inner diameter x height). I have attached a model of the gasket.

Protože u všech našich lahví a termosek Sencor SBB (005SS, 006GG, 007VT) ke Smoothie mixéru Sencor SBL prasklo víčko (asi špatná konstrukce) a náhradní lahev je dost drahá, vymodeloval jsem víčko náhradní.  Víčko je vhodné též pro lahve Wilfa Activlife SPB-1 a další podobné.

Doporučuji tisk z teplotně odolného materiálu, aby se daly víčka mýt v myčce. Já jsem použil Spectrum PETG HT100 a DevilDesign ASA.

Tisk z důvodu pevnosti se 4 perimetry, 50% výplň. Doporučuji použít límec. 
 

Do víčka lze použít těsnění ze starého víčka. Pokud jste ho ztratili, můžete si vytisknout z TPE nebo TPU náhradní, nebo použijte jakékoliv těsnění o rozměrech 25 mm x 18.6 mm x 2.4 mm (vnější x vnitřní průměr x výška). Model těsnění jsem přiložil.
