Löthilfe mit flexi Arm und "Krokoklemme" / Soldering aid with flexi arm and "crocodile clip"

Das Ziel dieses Teils war mehr meinen Drucker und/oder die Software zu kalibrieren und Einstellungen zu finden, verschiedene Materialien aufeinander abzustimmen.

Dafür habe ich das Teil konstruiert und gefühlt 32 Mal geändert und 64 Mal gedruckt ;-)

Naja, bin ja noch blutiger Anfänger, aber es wird langsam, will ich mal behaupten.

Ich habe die Konfiguration jetzt für eine Layerhöhe von 0.16 ermittelt und bin mit dem Ergebnis recht zufrieden.

Der bewegliche Arm hat relativ kleine Verbindungsstücke, die mal richtig eng sitzen und relativ schwer ineinander zu stecken sind. Ich wollte auf diese Weise verhindern, dass da so ein fetter Arm mit mehr Arm als alles andere im Weg ist.

Bin mal gespannt wie lang das funktioniert oder ob ich die vielleicht doch noch mit Schlitzen versehen sollte.

Vielleicht hilft dir dieses Teil ja bei dem ein oder anderen Projekt (?)

Well, I'm still a complete beginner, but it's getting slow, I would say.

Doesn't matter...

I have now determined the configuration for a layer height of 0.16 and am quite happy with the result.

The movable arm has relatively small connecting pieces that are really tight and are relatively difficult to fit together. In this way I wanted to avoid having such a fat arm with more arm than anything else getting in the way.

I'm curious how long this will work or whether I should perhaps add slots to it.

Maybe this part will help you with one or two projects (?)
