Hot Water Heater Mount for WeMos/LOLIN D1 mini Enclosure

The original WeMos D1 mini Enclosure made by 100prznt is such nice component, that I wanted to use it for replacing standard thermometer in my 300L Water Heater tank. So I made accessories for it - the Water Heater Mount. This mount is fully compatible with original parts (after drilling hole for sensor).

The Vater Heater Mount:

Designed for original Dallas Temperature Sensor DS18B20 and space for hiding 1m cable length. Max. cable dia. 4mm.

Mount will slide into plastic flange - flange dia. is 34,8mm (without groves 34mm)

Supporting original cover and two styles of screws:

• the D3 version is for self drilling screws and holes are 3mm dia.
• the M4 version is for M4 Threaded insert e.g. CNC Kitchen (long/short), holes 5,6mm dia.

The D1 mount remix:

Designed for Wemos/LOLIN D1 mini V4 version (USB-C). I'm recommending to screw the PCB - so there is preparation for drill the holes based on your preference. Sensor cable has output on the back. You can insert Wemos after sensor soldering, there is 7mm hole - enough for Dallas probe. Try to use some slim USB-C cables.
