Print settings:

0.2mm layer height, color change at 30.4mm and 31.8mm, no MMU or AMS required.

below 29.2mm I used 3 walls and 7% infill (less infill to print faster but white needs more walls so you can't see the infill)

above 29.2mm I used 2 walls and 15% infill
