if you want to close the hole so that there are no accidential spill outs of powder, you can add an inside brim.
Don't use 100% infill, instead increase wall thickness to 20. This increases the slicing quality and optimises the printer head movement in circular fashion. Way more stable and better layer adhesion.
Don't cool the layers too quick. Don't use additional auxiliary fans, print head fan is enough.
