Chip Racks for 44mm CPC chips

I created THREE different chip racks to fit CPC (classicpokerchip.com) custom 44mm chips.
 

A. 5x20 = 100 chips, stacks on itself full of chips

B. 4x25 = 100 chips, stacks on itself full of chips

C. 4x20 on 39mm = 80 chips, stacks on standard trays of 39mm chips, useful when you have a few trays of 44mm chips in a collection also containing 39mm chips

You can print these for yourself or have someone print them for you (free or fee) but please do not print these and sell them.

I print these tilted at 45 degrees for better surface texture and strength.  Draw custom supports around the edges and one line up the middle for easy removal and sanding if necessary.  The edge has a 45 degree chamfer to provide better bed adhesion when printed tilted.

A stack of 20 CPC 44mm chips is about 66mm tall.  These are designed around that parameter.  If you have different 44mm chips they might work or you may need to adjust the scale a tiny bit.

To assist in tuning your printer or model to the chips I have included a ONE column test model which is just the first barrel of each model.  You can use this to check sizing and supports as it prints in 20-25% of the time of the full rack.
