Elegoo neptune 4 MAX printer model for slicer preview

This is a simple model of the Elegoo Neptune 4 Max printer for previewing in the slicer. The model is very basic to avoid slowing down the computer, and I must note that it's not dimensionally perfect. The model was created quickly and simply based on photogrammetry; dimensional accuracy was not a concern. It includes holders for filament, extruder, and display, but there are no cables or finer details. Tested in both Prusa Slicer and Orca Slicer
