Hello!
Here is my version of the VZ printed toolhead compatible with RatRig V-Core 3.1.
As mentioned by @UjangKarnadi_294653 in his original post, please refer to vz printed printhead for assembly, print settings and belt clips.
Top features:
- MGN9H only;
- 3010 hotend cooling fan, quieter and lighter than the stock 4010 fan;
- Phaetus Rapido UHF V1 or V2 + Orbiter V2 only, they bolt directly to the top plate, no adaptors needed, less parts;
- 4028 (not tested, ensured the CAD is correct) or CPAP cooling;
- kept the same ADXL mounting location as RatRigs EVA toolhead (heat inserts required);
- might be required to remove the metal lever of the endstop switch, mine rattled a lot. If not, the arm included in the mount can be cut off;
- another method of belt tensioning is required;
- .step files included.
