NR200 Dual 3.5" HDD Side Mount

A custom designed mountain bracket for fitting two 3.5" HDDs on the side mount of the Cooler Master NR200 (or NR200P) instead of one. The bracket attaches using the included #6-32 case screws and will work with all standard 3.5" drives.

The mount allows the use of one side mounted fan blowing on the motherboard, and leaves enough space for the fans on the top and bottom of the case. My GTX 1060 fits just fine behind the drives, but I opted to use a small 180 degree PCI power pin adapter so that the PCI power cord was not putting pressure on the drives. This mount extends the HDDs only 8.7mm further into the case from the stock mounting position, so you should be able to judge clearance before printing.

Disclaimer: Mechanical hard drives are sensitive to movement and vibration, and while I have designed this mount to be sturdy and support the weight of the drives, I do not take any responsibility for any premature drive failures due to this bracket, or any damage caused by the bracket failing. If you move your computer around frequently, you probably wouldn't want to use this.

Notes:

Designed to work with regular PLA and no special print settings.

No supports, but you may need a brim prevent warping.

Designed for standard #6-32 case screws to thread directly into the plastic, go slow to prevent cracking/splitting, you may find it helpful to heat up the screw first to help form the threads in the plastic.
