I've added a vector DWG and PDF files with a 1-degree interval division. 

If someone has the skills and would like to help by drawing it the way it should be technically correct, I would be grateful.

Nighttime, early alpha version. Not sure if it'll be useful to anyone, but scaled down to 50%, it looks cute. 
Suggestions, opinions, and feedback are welcome. 
You'll need: 
1 M3x16mm screw, 
M3 tap

Printing:

Layer height 0.16

Density 15% or more

5 Perimeters (walls) or more

Filament PLA (simple the best)
