Ozito Water Pump Filter Wall Bracket

This is a wall bracket for the Ozito Pre-Filter kit commonly found in the big green shed (Bunnings). It provides a stable mounting point for the filter so that poly tubing can be attached from the rainwater tank and to the pump. 

Holes at the rear of the bracket are for draining excess water during a storm so that it does not sit in the bracket. Screw heads are raised from the surface to minimize contact with water. 

This is what I used to mount the filter:

• 2 x 8g 30mm pan head stainless 316 self tappers
• 2 x 6mm by 30mm wall plugs
• 4 x 10g 18mm pan head stainless 316 self tappers
• 4 x 5mm spacers

Everything can be found at Bunnings, except the spacers which you'll need to print out yourself. Depending on the screw length you use you'll need to adjust the height of the spacer in your slicer. A 5mm spacer was just right for the 18mm screw I used - just don't over tighten otherwise you might strip the threads in the filter kit. Wall mounting holes are 40mm apart - center to center.
