TinyS3 USB-Stick (ESP32-S3)

A small case to convert a TinyS3 to a USB-Stick. 
 

Handy for all kinds of home automation, eg. as Nuki Hub.

Print Recommendations:

Tolerances are tight, so make sure your printer is dialed in.

• Material: PLA
• Layer height: 0.10 mm
• Infill: 15% Gyroid
• Wall loops: 2
• Wall generator: Arachne
• Supports: Tree (manual), counterbores only

Assembly:

• Use a hex key to push out the counterbore supports from the top
• Apply the heat set inserts. Be careful to not break off the legs pushing down on the PCB, they are fragile
• Insert TinyS3 and USB-C gender changer
• Assemble top and bottom
