QX-Motor 30mm EDF Intake & Exhaust Duct for FMS Alpha Jet

Designed this around the QX-Motor 30mm EDF 7000KV For the FMS Alpha Free Flight Airplane https://www.horizonhobby.com/product/free-flight-alpha-red-kit-467mm/FMM073RED.html. Intake area is slightly more than EDF. Exhaust area is about the same as EDF. This is a fun RC conversion. I have not finished the project yet. More pictures and updates soon. 

• Exhaust is 0.3mm using spiral vase one layer and slides right over rear of EDF, weight 11 grams.
• Intake is 0.3mm using two shell layers and 0% infill, support on build plate only, weight 14.5 grams

      I am currently working on a model using pre-foamed LW-PLA that has ducting internal to a custom fuselage section that replaces the foam that you can remove on the under the wing on the existing glue seam. This can contain most of the electronics and is an easy single clue on piece with electronics already installed. It will be two halves glued together.  I am increasing the intake area as well.
