Description
UPDATE 2021.10.01 - Per request, I've added a brace to space the halves out to accommodate 26cm-tall Club Mate bottles.
Heavily customized the parametric can dispenser (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2819151) to use with water bottles. I used the SCAD script to create the basis with the correct dimensions. I made a hex cutout pattern for airflow in the refrigerator, omitted the top and bottom braces, and I added some much stronger insertable braces instead.
The rack itself prints in 4 separate pieces that each fit on my Prusa Mini's 7in print bed.
This rack holds 9 standard 500mL water bottles.
Assembled dimensions are:
Width: 21.6cm (~8.5in)
Height: 17cm (~6.5in)
Depth: 31.75cm (~12.5in)
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 400
Infill: 15
Filament: PLA
Notes:
Print each of the four components, plus four of the braces. You will need two-part epoxy or a lot of superglue to assemble the pieces.
This takes a long time to print and uses almost a full kg roll of filament. I advise you to use a 0.8mm nozzle and print at 0.4mm layer height to save a lot of time.
