Description

My boys want to be Batman for Halloween, I plan to sew the costumes but I wanted something semi-rigid to back the felt for the mask so it would hold its shape.

This is sized for a child's head and features, the temple to temple width is 100mm so it will be very easy to scale to the appropriate size. Since kids noses are smaller though, it may not cover an adults nose entirely you'll have to experiment.

I left the eyes uncut so they can be customized after printing and to prevent dealing with overhang issues. This could conceivably be used as a base for many other superheroes as well.

I printed this in MakerGeeks Makerflex for the actual costume so they are pretty flexible but still hold their shape. The Fusion 360 link is here for anyone that wants to modify it http://a360.co/2wPq5pU
