Description
I had a wireless Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) mounted on my motorbike handlebars. During one of the many times I fell off whilst out adventure riding recently, the mounting clamp for the TPMS became damaged beyond repair. The TPMS itself was undamaged.
Rather than buy a new TPMS, I designed a replacement mount for TPMS to go on the GPS bar on my 'bike. The replacement mount looks (and works) nothing like the original.
I printed it in Red PETG because of the red fuel tank on my bike, and of course it'll make my 'bike go faster :-)
Print them in the orientation shown in the 3mf file or the gcode file (not as the STL files indicate). Enable support material. You'll need four M5 x 25mm bolts and nuts to install it. It was designed for mounting on a 22.3mm (or ⅞") diameter bar.
Edit: I designed this in OnShape. I've included the STEP file for those who may want to tinker with it. Enjoy !
