Parametric Roof-Mounted Pulley using skate bearing(608)

Hardware you'll need:

1x608 Bearing

1xM4x20 or longer nut and bolt for the single.

1xM4x35 or longer nut and bolt for the double.

1xScrew to mount(D for mounting screw hole is 5.5mm).

The M4 nuts and bolts can be substituted for any type of metal shaft you can fasten, I have not tried it but a wood screw would probably work in a pinch.

Assembly instructions:

1. Press fit the plug into the ID of the bearing.
2. Press fit the bearing into the pulley wheel.
3. Mount the housing with a screw through the top.
4. Slightly bend the housing apart to insert the wheel.
5. Insert bolt through the housing and wheel.
6. Tighten a nut to the bolt.

I've also added the .f3d file of the project if you wanna edit it Fusion 360, can be easily done through parameters(if you want the double housing suppress the most recent mirror in the timeline). The step file is also added if you prefer to use other CAD programs, although the parameters will not remain, so you will have to edit it manually.
