Portal Radio Case

Portal radio case for JBL GO3 speaker

This model is made with single material printers in mind

The model consists of 8 separate parts, I encourage anyone with multi-material printers to join parts and print them together for easier assembly.

The rack needs to be glued into the front plate of the radio to hold in place.

The dial and antena needs to be glued in place (I used cyanocrylate)

• The build uses 4 magnets 20mm x 10mm x 3mm mm 
• Can be printed in PLA
• Everything except the antenna base and Top cover can be printed without supports 
• To print the grid without it closing during printing, you need a good first layer or activate elephant foot compensation in the Slicer (PrusaSlicer/ Bambustudio/ Orcaslicer)
• The rack numbers can be printed in multi material or just paint them
