Magnetic Ratchet Organizer / Holder - Improved

Magnetic to attach to the metal bottom of a toolbox and hold the ratchet better. Modular design allows for customization to your needs. The integrated linking pin can be easily cut off with flush cutters.

Should fit most ratchets, 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. 1/4 inch - 14 mm wide, 3/8 inch - 18mm wide, 1/2 inch - 21.5 mm wide.

Magnet slots are 12.3 x 3.3 x (25.3, 35.3, or 45.3) mm. Used 12mm x 3mm x 5mm neodymium magnets wrapped in heat shrink. 

Prints without supports when orientated number side down. 0.15mm and 0.2mm tolerance versions are available. Recommend at least 3 perimeters and 20% infill for strength.

Magnets can be glued in place with super glue or other strong glue; hot glue is too weak and may warp the part. Wrapping the magnets in electrical tape or heat shrink helps with assembly and protects the magnets.
