Description
The Lifefitness treadmill endcaps can easily break off because they have long, injection molded screw inserts. This replacement press-fits into the end pipe and latches on.
The right side is provided. To print the left side, scale it -100% in the X direction.
Updated March 21, 2021 to have correct length.
WARNING: After a while I found they can slip out easily if you step on the edge and you have to kick them back in. Need to update with screws.

Print as oriented (upside down). Supports are needed only from build plate to the top cover.
Use 1.6mm walls for strength, and 15% Gyroid infill.I took measurements with calipers and modeled it in Fusion 360. After a few test prints of just the part that goes into the tube, I managed to find a design that will press-fit inside.
