You can print those calibration cubes in any material you need to test, or at any layer weight or speed you prefer, the main goal on those cubes are that you will always know the orientation in what you printed them, that it's really important, and at same time yo have two different designs, with two different total heights, in order of not to waste too much time, if you only want to see the sides, why to wait to print 20 mm. height?, just use the short 10 mm. version, instead to use the 20 mm. tallest one.
