Improved ratchet for toothpaste squeezer v3 by Sergey_77

I found the original model to be my favorite toothpaste squeezer model. However, on every one I made the ratchet wouldn't hold by the end of a tube of toothpaste. I tried a few other models before deciding to make a better ratchet for this one. After putting my new ratchet in, all my older squeezer prints are working again and better than ever.  I only remixed the ratchet part but will include the other parts needed for a working squeezer from the original. If you already made this model you can just replace the ratchet with the new one. If you want other sizes etc. please get those parts from Sergey_77's original upload on thingiverse.
