Description
Primary use case is to replace the unused coax sockets (cable TV / sattelite). It is not recommended to use this with anything that has mains cables behind it to avoid a fire risk.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND CONSULT AN ELECTRICIAN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE.
Print front side facing the build plate with build plate supports (for screw holes only). I got good results with PETG
Use with cheap round hygrometers that you probably already have if you are into 3D printing Amazon UK link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07JDSHD4Z
Mounts into a standard British 1 gang wall box / back box with M3.5 screws.
You can optionally print the back cover to insulate the hygrometer from cold & damp in the walls, hopefully giving a more representative humidity of the room itself. The back covers glues in (the alignment groove is part of the faceplate).
