Kato N Scale Track Mount

Idea

I wanted a convenient way of mounting my model train set, and the HSW was already something I had my eye on, so why not mix the two and create an easy mounting solution!

Which brings me to this Kato Unitrack mount for n-scale track. I designed it to hold straight sections of unitrack for display purposes. It fits the detailed roadbed with a snug fit, but still slightly moveable. The whole piece with track and a train takes up roughly 3 tiles top to bottom, so fairly space saving as well.

Print Settings

• 0.2 layer height
• 3 walls
• 15% gyroid infill
• laying on one of the long sides

The screw hole is designed to use an M3x16 socket head screw to mount to the insert.
