Description
Printed in Overture TPU. I've taken it to the skate park a few times and so far it has held up fine. The wheelie bar is optional and no longer adjustable. Being TPU, it is a bit squishy but it works well enough and won't break.
I also made another design with more support. This should be better for materials other than TPU. But I've been running the original and haven't had any issues yet so I haven't printed it.
There are mounting holes for the rear LED lights.
Prints without supports. The top holes in the bridging section aren't the best but I sent it anyway and they came out fine. (v2 does have some supports but they are pretty minimal)
The bumper re-used all the stock hardware. The wheelie bar attaches with 4x M3x22mm screws and 4x M3 nylock nuts. I like to use 12.9 grade on my RCs but they are probably not required for this. TPU is not strong enough to hold screws securely. The M4 screws https://amzn.to/4gdxwwHconnecting the cage to the bumper will come loose periodically. Or use the V2 bumper with 2x M4x22mm screws and 2x M4 nylock nuts.
