Cable Clip for Aluminum Construction Profile 30x30 mm

This plastic clip can be inserted into the 8mm groove of a 30x30 aluminum "Bosch" profile.

Insert the clip lengthwise, then twist it 90 degree to lock it in place. (No need to slide it in from the end of the profile)

As printed the latch of the clip is on the outside. Please gently bend the longer part of th latch sideways and move it around the shorter part, so that it can snap into the inside. This creates a preload spring holding the cable clip closed.

Print in PETG. In moist environment PLA may become brittle and the spring mechanism may break.

A dummy 30x30 mm profile is also included for testing. I cut this lengthwise for printing and added a dove-tail connector.
