A washer for nails

These washers are to use with nails that you want to have a larger head. Good for mounting things to the wall or acting as a spacer.

Dimensions:

1cm washers:

• Diameter: 1 cm
• Nail hole diameter: 2 mm
• Nail hole chamfer: .5 mm

1.5cm washers:

• Diameter: 1.5 cm
• Nail hole diameter: 2 mm
• Nail hole chamfer: .5 mm

Print Settings:

I used PLA but ABS filament would be more durable.

Infill: Because this part is so thin, infill percentage and pattern shouldn't affect the print if the same top/bottom settings are used.

Top/bottom: 0.8 mm thickness, 4 layers

Walls: 0.8mm thick, 2 layers

Adhesion: Heated bed, 3mm Raft
