The 4th sequel is quite comprehensive, so pay attention to the description and attached pictures.
As usual be extremely careful during the assembly itself and work slowly and cautiously. If you manage to damage or break some part despite being extra careful you should "weld" it with a soldering gun rather than gluing it with super glue.
at first we started with completing of the front fork
You can choose which variant is better for you. The front_telescope_with_support consist the cone around the telescope which provide support of the telescope during pritting. It is necessary to insert a break at height 7.5mm for inserting of the M2.5 nut.
Insert the front_telescope_insert into hole for telescope. The bottom edge of the insert should touch the surface of the outer (red) cover (see 1st picture). Do not forget insert the black “bottom rubber cuff” from the 3rd part of this build.
From the bottom side, slide the front_telescope through the outer red cover and the bottom holder and press it into the cone in the upper holder.
Insert top_holder_plate and the screw M2.5-12. The top_holder_plate should be oriented according the picture below.
Make sure the telescope protrudes 15mm from the outer red cover.
Tighten the M2.5-20 screw of the bottom telescope holder and the M2.5-12 screw in the upper telescope holder. The telescope should be fixed and not move.
Insert the spring on the cone at bottom edge of the front_telescope. The spring should hold on the cone by itself. If it does not hold, secure it with super glue or weld it using a soldering gun.
Now it is necessary to prepare the subassemblies of the "chrome" covers of the front shock absorbers.
Insert 2 screws M1.6-5 into front_fender_holder and fix them on place with super glue.
front_fender_holder glue into right_telescope_slider and into the left_telescope_slider
Both subassembly insert into the springs on the front fork. If is necessary fix them by super glue.
at second we can continue with completing of the frame
main_stand_holder - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0,2 layer
Assembly instruction:
Use the rear_fork_axis_plug to close the holes in the rear fork where you inserted the threaded rod. Now it will show how accurate your printer is. If it is not, the plugs will not fit easily into the hole. If necessary, grind the plugs lightly. Fix them with the super glue or better - weld it with soldering gun.
Now you have two options. I am attaching the files for making the main stand. If you plan to build only a solo motorcycle, you need to print and install the main stand of course. if you are planning a motorcycle with a sidecar, you do not need to print it. It depends only on your choice.
You will need an M4-25 screw and a low M4 nut to assemble the main_stand. As a return spring, I recommend using a shortened spring from a pen. Hang the spring on one side to the eye on the stand and the other side to the right holder of the footrest. See the photo. The spring must be long enough to hold the stand in the up position when is lifted.
Use a 1.5mm drill bit to clean and recalibrate the hole in the frame and fix the main_stand_holder with an M2-5 screw.
If necessary, slightly bend the main_stand_holder to better holding of the main stand.
at third we can continue with completing of the rear dumpers
Printing instruction:
rear_dumper_main_body - 2 pcs, red PLA, 70% infill, 0,2 layer.
rear_dumper_top_holder - 2 pcs, red PLA, 70% infill, 0,2 layer.
rear_dumper_lid - 2 pcs, red or grey PLA, 100% infill, 0,2 layer.
Insert the M2.5-30 screw upside down into the rear_dumper_main_body. It is absolutely necessary to use screws in the DIN 84 standard with gap for a flat screwdriver. These screws have a smaller head. If you want to use bolts of a different standard, you need to adjust the hole in the rear_dumper_main_body!
Insert the rear_dumper_lid and solder it to the rear_dumper_main_body by soldering gun.
Make an M2.5 thread in the center hole of the rear_dumper_top_holder.
Slide the rear_dumper_bottom_cover onto the rear_dumper_main_body.
Insert the spring
Hold the central screw with pliers and screw the upper bracket onto it. It is necessary to compress the spring during this step.
Slide the rear_dumper_top_cover and fix it with two M1.6-3 screws.
Assemble the rear dumper for the other side in the same way.
Mount both dampers to the frame by using M2-10 screws.
OPTIONALLY
at fourth we can continue with completing of the engine parts If you want. There parts will not visible and they are not necessary to print it.
Assemble the crankshaft by using parts crankshaft_part_01, crankshaft_part_02, connecting_rod and super glue. The connecting rod should be movable.
Slide the piston so that the upper piston ring lock is facing forward. A flywheel with a hollow cone pin should be placed on the right side of the piston.
