Wheel Tuning Clamps for Pinewood Derby Cars

These are some chucks to hold the inner and outer portion of a standard pinewood  derby wheel for tuning purposes.  They fit standard drill chucks, remember to use low speeds when polishing.

The derby wheels I used have the following dimensions:

• OD of my wheels was 1.185in or 30.099mm

• ID was 1.045in or 26.543mm

Print Settings

• Material: PETG

• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

• Layer Height: 0.2mm

• Perimeters: 4

• Infill: Gyroid 15%

Required Hardware

• 2X M3 Hex nut

• 1X M3 x 20mm SHCS

• 1X M3 x 25mm SHCS
