Description
Steam float Jimmy is NOT a boat, but rather a man who LOOKS like a boat who also floats! And I'm not just saying that because I've misread the competition criteria. LOL!
In fact, how do you define a boat? is a bucket a boat? is a duck a boat? They all float! Steam float jimmy is more of a Bath tub when you think about it!
