EGO Battery Holder Handle

Recently I found a great EGO battery wall mount that is fast to print and works great!!

So I started looking for EGO battery carriers and those all seem to require a lot of time and material, so…..

I came up with a handle that could be used with the battery mounts I have already printed. 

The handle has been chamfered for easy carrying, although I am not sure people with large hands AND winter gloves will find the opening enough. 

Assembly requires:

• Two wall mount prints.
• Two M3x25 screws with washers and a locknuts.
• One carrier handle.

You may find better success with a different type of screw or nut. The screwhead and nut will sit in the opening of the battery easily.

My prototype version is printed in PLA and seems to hold up just fine so far, more to come if it breaks.

Printing:

Print flat on the print bed, no supports, recommend at least 3 perimeters and 20% infill. Prints in a little more than an hour.
