For parts print the following:

1 x Singer Hand Crank.stl

Assembly

• Remove the original handwheel:

1. Turn off and unplug your sewing machine.
2. Gently but firmly grip the original handwheel and apply steady, even pressure and pull the handwheel straight off the shaft. You might need to wiggle it slightly to break the initial hold. 

• Install the upgraded handwheel:

1. Slide the handwheel upgrade onto the shaft
2. Align the locking holes in your printed handwheel with the pin on the shaft.
3. Push the handwheel firmly until you feel it click into place and is securely seated on the shaft.

Print Settings

These are the recommended settings.

• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
• Infill percentage: 40%
• Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic
• Wall count: 4
• Solid top/bottom layers: 5
• Supports: NONE
