19.5 Inch Rack Ears (1U, 2U, 3U, 4U)

Printable rack ears with #10-32 tapped holes for 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U sizes to mount rack gear together outside of an enclosure. Also includes files for 1U, 2U and 3U with a leg to lift up the front of the piece of gear.

I have a lot of pieces of rack gear that I want to keep together, but don't have a full case to put them in. These rack ears allow me to mount the pieces of gear together in a simple way.

Printing

You will need to print two per set.

Printed in PolyMaker PolyLite PLA Pro for strength with 2mm walls and 40% infill at 0.12mm layer height.
