Community Bottle Cutter Stand Alone Base Plate Mod

I like to pull my bottles into strips separately from my Recreator 3D. Since the original base was optimized to be used on the Recreator 3D frame I modified it to be better in a stand alone format. You can print the feet in a flexible filament if you want but it isn't necessary. The feet allow for clearance and the use of larger diameter washers (Fender Washers) to help spread the weight and forces when pulling filament.
