Description

About:

I have a floor standing lamp, which had a base from concrete (or something) and this just turned into a dust after some years, so I decided to make a replacement. Now it consists of:
- lamp base - it is ¼ of the circle with 1mm wall
- optional lamp base disk to be placed under or over the printed lamp base - useful to make sure the base will not be damaged when using strong nuts and bolts, but it may require cutting and soldering cable

Please give a like and post makes and provide comments for further improvements.

Notes:

- you should be able to scale the modes whatever you need, and thus it could be printed on Prusa Mini even for quite big lamp bases (that's why it is ¼ of the circle
- dimensions - base outer 160x20 mm, internal cable hole diameter 16mm (8mm radius), disk height 2mm

Printing:

- notice gcode contains moves for my custom timelapse video capture (print head moves to back and then to Z axis), so provided gcode file is just for rough estimation of the print time + required filament,
- lamp base needs to be printed 4 times
- lamp base disk may be printed 1 or 2 times
- use anything you like, just make sure to use at least 2 perimeters (I recommend 4 or 5 to avoid infill)

Assembly

- glue all parts together with cyanoacryl glue or something like Poxipol or hot glue
- fill in with a concrete mass or something like that (or you can mix sand/gravel with plaster)
- recommended placement as on the photos - with the open fragment to the top to avoid concrete falling out
