Drift rim and tire WLToys 144001

Update 2: after some track time using the drift tires, I would change the spokes to be on the inside of the rim or in the sidewall as of now they take significant amount the tread. And maybe add some heat set threaded inserts for the rims to have less screws and be more durable.

A drift tire + rim for my 144001. Frist time designing anything similar to a wheel.

Parameters:

70mm overall diameter, 12mm hex drive with M3 thread (stock parts). Wide version is 32mm and slim is 27mm. 8 spots per wheel for M2 (up to rim width length) screws to fix the tire to the rim, the spokes have 0.22mm clearance on them.

Support is needed for the wheel nut, the spokes have chamfer on them so no support needed there. Hole for the cvd screw is plugged as sacrificial layer.

The photos are of wide version on front, they slightly interfere with the printed front bumper.

Update 1:
Holes are now throught whole lenght, so you can mount the tire on the opposite side.
Lowered tolerance of the spokes from 0.25 to 0.22.
