Description
My quarter rolling papers always fold when I'm trying to fill them. It's wack.
No more! Put the paper in the tube to give it shape. Then fill it to the top with quarters (It will be exactly $10). Then fold the paper to seal the top. Tip the whole thing over and the roll will come out, and you'll have plenty of room to fold and seal the other side!
