Design

This is a parametrized smartphone mount. STLs provided and the standard Fusion360 model (Smartphone-Mount5 v15.f3d) are configured for an iPhone 12 Max Pro. 

You can adjust the model to your smartphone by changing the parameters body_width, body_height, body_depth to other dimensions. In case values are too small, the constraint model may fail.

Besides adjusting the smartphone size, you can select between a vibration damping version and one with a RAM mount diamond attached directly. Furthermore, you can select between a Harry's LapTimer branded multi material top, or a plain black top.

All parts except the dampers need to be printed with PETG. PLA will not work in in-car conditions. I used 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Besides this, a number of M3 screws are required.

The dampers need to printed in TPE 82A or similar.

BaseCenterTopWhite/Gray/Black are prepared to be printed with a MMU (multi material), all other STLs are single color files.

Clips and damper STLs need to be rotated by 90 degree for printing.

DiamondExtension is optional and allows you to have a free cam field of view even with the Pro Max's Ultra-Wide lens. For most smartphones, it will not be required.
